Teacher Well-Being Survey Welcome to Sai Shiko's Teacher Well-Being Survey! Thank you for taking the time to fill this up. This is a scientific and data-driven instrument designed to foster holistic well-being and success. The purpose of the survey is to understand you better. There are no right or wrong answers. Accurate and honest responses will help understand and proactively address the holistic needs of teachers - their most important stakeholders - and cultivate a nurturing learning environment conducive to growth and flourishing. Your individual report will be shared only with you. Instructions: This survey is in two parts - Section 1: Beliefs Questions 1-5 are about your beliefs about the school system Section 2: Well-Being Questions 6-40 are about various aspects of your social and emotional well-being. Both sections are compulsory. Important note: Please read each statement carefully and select the most appropriate response from the options given. There are no right or wrong answers. Be as authentic as possible, choosing a response that is truest for you and your circumstances, not what you think the answer ‘should’ be. Your scores are not an assessment. This is an exercise to create an awareness about your areas of strength and areas that you might need support with. Your responses are confidential. Your individual report will be shared only with you. All the best!
